 Painting a still life

Still life is one of the simplest kinds of painting. The artist has the freedom to arrange the different elements to create his own composition, compared to other genres of painting such as a landscape or a portrait in which the subject is an existing reference image. The background can be in a single color or it can be done in an aesthetic way to help the composition. However, there are some rules in this area, being the intuitive result of the great painters, who endeavored to create harmonious works of art. The artist has total control over the subject, manipulating the light and the shadows to express his talent or to create a composition that would make the painting a piece of art. It is desirable that still life works to be beautiful, harmonious, interesting and volumetric. In this kind of painting, beauty consists not only in painting objects but also in the hidden mystery and symbolism that it expresses. That is why every painting of the genre differs from one artist to another. There is no formula for success! There is only the desire to do something beautiful or interesting. Something personal. No one in this world can be successful in everything he does. So it is with art; cannot be considered successful any work. Happy is the one who experiences the sensations of joy and happiness overwhelmed both when watching a work of art or even creating it. At first glance, unimportant things. And yet, after careful analysis, things without which humanity would no longer exist as we know it. Hence the energy and desire of the artist to share his creation with others.

Pictura cu natura statica

Natura statica este unul dintre cele mai simple genuri de pictură. Artistul are libertatea de a aranja diferitele elemente pentru realizarea unei compoziții proprii, în comparație cu alte genuri de pictura cum ar fi un peisaj sau un portret in care subiectul este o imagine data. Fundalul poate fi într-o singură culoare sau poate fi realizat într-un mod estetic care să ajute compoziția. Cu toate acestea, există câteva reguli în acest domeniu, fiind rezultatul intuitiv al marilor pictori, care s-au straduit sa realizeze lucrari de arta armonioase. Artistul deține controlul total asupra subiectului, manipulând lumina și umbrele pentru a-și exprima talentul sau pentru a crea o compoziție care sa faca din pictură o piesă de artă. Este de dorit ca lucrarile cu natura statica sa fie frumoase, armonioase, interesante și bine construite volumetric. In acest gen de pictura frumusetea nu consta doar in obiectele pictate ci si in misterul si simbolismul ascuns pe care-l exprima. De aceea fiecare pictura a genului difera de la un artist la altul. Nu exista formula pentru succes! Exista doar dorinta de a face ceva frumos sau interesant. Ceva personal. Nimeni in lumea asta nu poate avea succes in tot ceea ce face. Asa se-ntampla si cu arta; nu poate fi considerata ca reusita orice lucrare. Fericit este cel care traieste senzatiile de bucurie si fericire coplesit deopotriva atunci cand vizioneaza o opera de arta sau cand o creaza. La prima vedere lucruri fara importanta, si totusi dupa o analiza atenta aspecte fara de care omenirea nu ar mai exista asa cum o stim. De aici vine si acea energie si dorinta a artistului de a impartasi creatia lui cu ceilalti.
